Prison Doula Services

The Baltimore Doula Project currently provides doula support to pregnant people incarcerated at the Maryland Correctional Institute for Women (MCIW). As reproductive justice advocates, we aim to provide compassionate and nonjudgmental support to our clients throughout the trying experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum behind bars.

We offer education during the prenatal period, 1:1 postpartum visits, and facilitate a bi-monthly support group for folks who are pregnant and newly parenting from the inside.
